Taste of Thailand [ 11:16 PM ]

School was abnormally short today.
They had a graduation that most teachers weren't around and i must really thank them for that. Discussed with hippo already to have lunch with him even though it would be a short time together.
I travelled to woodlands by train lorl(Are you touched? You ought to be!) because darling can't wake up on time.
But i mean it's a strategic move too because i'm smart and by the time we met, it was just the right time to have lunch.
GROWL GROWL
My flat tummy was growling and growling by that time. Darling came driving in his car and we va va vroom to Taste of Thailand. It's a super isolated restaurant at Sembawang Shopping Centre. The food was just fantabulous.
We ate and cleared all of the
Fried cuttlefish (Must try. the crisps and tender cuttlefish slips into your mouth with a dip of mayonaise will melt your tongue.)
Pineapple Rice (Yellow is the rice. Every rice is a grain. The mix of pineapple, sausage, porkfloss gives a all rounded flavour that sets you craving for more.)
Kai Lan fried with Oyster Sauce (Greenie greens look great with the combination of brown oyster sauce)
Barley x2 (The sweet sensation quenches the thrist)
Hotplate Toufu (Soft toufu fried with belachan chilly together with mushroom and prawn. )

the bill came and it chalked up to be only $17. It's duper cheap for such nice food. After filling our tummies with good food, we later trudged around in the mall for awhile and we left.
It's a wonderful time.
